This session will focus on what you can expect if and when your company is approached by one of these organizations with allegations of violating an open source license and how you can take steps now to better prepare to respond to these allegations. The presentation will use actual examples to highlight the approaches used by these organizations and to outline strategies that have been used to successfully respond. Even if you already have a compliance program in place, this session will underscore the importance of the steps you have already taken and maybe even present a few new ones that you have not yet considered.
